Shandong Weifang Eagle Medical Appliances Co.,ltd is located in the beautiful international kite capital-Weifang. It was established in 1958 (former State-owned Weifang Medical Appliance Factory), and restructured into a limited liability company in 1999. The new site is located in Headquarters Base ABP, NO.2600 Zhuangjian Road, Kuiwen district, Weifang, Shandong. WEMAC has more than 500 employees, including 170 intermediate and senior technical personnel. The research team is composed of domestic first-class pharmaceutical equipment design experts, pressure vessel design experts and various professionals, specialized in pressure vessel design, electrical engineering, mechanical processing, welding technology, GMP/FDA verification, FAT, etc. WEMAC's new office area is located in the ABP headquarters base in Kuiwen District, Weifang City, with 3100 square meters of R&D administrative and sales office space. The production base is located in the Medical Logistics Park of the Urban Economic Development Zone in Kuiwen District, covering an area of 61,700 square meters and a building area of 5,1300 square meters. It is a medical equipment manufacturing enterprise designed and constructed in accordance with modern enterprise standards.

Taken pharmaceutical, electronics, food industries as its main lines, WEMAC has committed to the research and development, manufacturing and sales of pharmaceutical equipment, and has reached the international advanced level in mechanical design and electronic control automation. Now the company’s main products including design and manufacturing of: extraction and concentration series equipment; LDS series of multi-effect water distiller; RO2+EDI series pure water system; CZQ series pure steam generator; liquid preparation and storage system; looping/ distribution system.

WEMAC has a large-scale automatic production line for plate flattening and polishing and coating; automatic welding equipment for plate, pipe longitudinal seam and circumferential seam; automatic water jet, plasma cutting equipment; CNC processing center and complete product testing center; advanced spectrometer , endoscope, roughness tester, thickness tester and other testing methods and complete non-destructive testing equipment. Own design and manufacturing qualifications of Type I and Type II pressure vessel . The company practices the management concept of pressure vessel quality system which is that pays equal attention to raw materials and documentation. Product development is in accordance with the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, and the automation control research and development is operated in accordance with GAMP requirements. WEMAC took the lead in providing customer with validation documents of DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ,FAT,SAT, etc, gained a high reputation in the pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad.
